I think I want to do it again..soon. I had the keen advantage though of not having to get things ready or organized. I think the all-grain experience was better. I felt like I was making something from scratch vs with malt brewing it being a "box mix"; which maybe easier but is never as good as homemade. I also think the space made a big difference! Last time, it was in my <strong>little</strong> kitchen and then sat in my closet. I had a great time! I think I want to do it again..soon.
