Fool Circle Hard Apple Cider is an experiment at taking fresh local apple cider and transforming it into hard (alcoholic) apple cider. This is the first attempt at such an adventure. This cider was made with 100% juice from fresh apples with no added sugar or preservatives. The only thing added was fresh champagne yeast to help with attenuation and to add a nice dry finish to this sparkling apple cider.
