Notes & Comments:
The name, of Celtic origin, means "Son of Grace". The MacRae's were noted warriors and provided the bodyguard to the chief of clan MacKenzie and became known as "MacKenzie's Shirt of Mail". The 4th generation of this beer is an extremely malty beer that really emphasises malt over hops. The hops are Northern Brewers hops and provide a light earthy flavor.

Again this is a fan favorite. Probably my favorite batch so far, already can't wait until next year. This was the first year that featured the traditional MacRae tartan on the label, normally it's been the ancient hunting tartan.
